Proposal

A single storey garden studio to the rear of the garden and a side lean-to bike shed built within the side access to the property.

Design Summary

Garden Studio can be utilised as an office/ studio. It offers flexibility and expands the usable area of the property without the need for additional extensions to the main dwelling.

Positioned in the shaded, unused area of the back garden, will have a minimal impact on the surrounding properties. The bike shed will provide the residents with a safe and covered space to store their preferred mode of transportation.

Improved work-life balance: With more people working remotely or running businesses from home, the garden studio offers a dedicated working environment away from the distractions of the main house. This separation can enhance productivity and help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Encouraging sustainable practices: The proposals have been designed to incorporate sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting, insulation, and external cladding.
