As part of the development at 14 Park Crescent, the basement was to be fitted out with a recreational club for the residents, to include a lounge area, pool table, bar facilities, health spa, gymnasium and cinema.

Working alongside Perfect Integration and Bergman Interiors, we were able to deliver a state of the art and luxurious setting for the residents to enjoy.

As Project Architect on this job my role was to regularly liaise with the client representative, adapt the layout, materials used and to finalise and deliver a full pack of construction drawings to M&J Construction. After which we oversaw the build and completion of the project, overcoming multiple on-site issues.

Working closely with specialist manufacturers, sound engineers and installers to overcome multiple issues presented with such specific zones of entertainment and recreation in close proximity to residential accommodation.
